  • Starting wage of $15+/hr. depending on commitment level and past work experience.

Job Description

  • ALL of our team members start of as "Swim Teachers" before being promoted to any other position.
  • Swim Teachers safely lead students in a small group setting through many common learn-to-swim progressions in order teach and refine life-saving aquatic skills as well as competitive swimming skills.
  • Swim Teachers must enjoy working with children and be comfortable enough with your own swimming skills in order to maintain your student's safety.
  • Swim Teachers must be available to work AT LEAST 10 hours per week. Weeknights and weekends preferred...because that's when most people want to take swim lessons. Duh.
  • Swim Teachers must have the desire to become a strong leader by displaying a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and 5-star customer service skills.
